TIP OF THE DAY: 4-27-15

Hot summer temps will have a negative effect on everyone's monthly utility bill... but you can lower yours. Doors and windows rob more from you each month than all other line items combined. Consider upgrading your windows... if you have moisture between the glass it is performing like a single pane of glass. Argon 366 Low-E is now the super performer!
We install various types of windows and doors to meet most any budget. Consider Us to replace them...

How can a deck be built that won't require constant repair?

WE TAKE...THE EXTRA STEP!
On decks we use super strong beams but on top we encapsulate it with a petroleum based sealant tape then covered by a galvanized metal with sides & bottom wrapped in cement hardiplank. You've never seen this effort to protect the structural beam!

How do you know if you've chosen the right builder?

Qualify are they Licensed By:
1. The State Home Builders License Board
2. City You Live In
3. Covered By General Liability Insurance
4. Lastly, do they have a business phone number & physical address?

I know this all sounds simple but the largest majority of Remodelers in our area do not meet any or many of the requirements to be practicing the trade here in our area.

In construction there is an "Economy of Scale" - the larger the project the better prices you receive for labor. Example a drywall sub has to make five trips no matter the size of the project. If a project is too small they charge us minimums when doing another area may not cost that much or any more.

So consider consolidating your improvements to maximize your budget. WE DO ROOFING, SIDING, DECKS, PORCHES, PAINTING & MORE!
